A prepaid Evri label reaches you by email within 24 hours. Any suitable box will do, and any ParcelShop.
Returned
Cared for, boxed with shoe trees where the style allows, and delivered back to your door by tracked Evri within five to seven working days.

We are a cleaning service, and we would rather tell you what that means than let you hope for something else.
Remove dirt, grime and surface soiling from the upper, the sole and the stitching, using a method matched to the material.
A well cared-for pair of worn footwear looks like a clean pair of worn footwear. It will not look new, and we will never tell you otherwise.
