Your service
A guide price from your photographs, confirmed on inspection and always before any work begins. Cleaning removes dirt and soiling; it does not reverse wear, creasing or yellowing. If this pair isn't for you, appraise another instead — nothing is added until you say so.

Turnaround
Express applies to your whole order, not to single pairs. Both run from the day after your pairs reach us.

How shall we receive your pairs
Post them to us. Both journeys are arranged by us and included in your price.
A prepaid Evri label comes to you by email, together with everything you need to prepare your parcel.
Posting to us
Within 24 hours of your order being confirmed and your payment processed, we will email you a prepaid postage label from our courier, Evri, along with full instructions for preparing your parcel.
Your prepaid Evri label, ready to print or show as a QR code. Full packaging instructions, including the box size to use and how to pack your pairs so they arrive as they left. Your nearest Evri ParcelShop or locker. And your tracking, so you can follow the journey.
Please pack your pairs in a rigid box of a suitable size, following the instructions we send you, and keep your proof of postage until your pairs are safely home. Items should be dry when sent.
Once your pairs are cared for, they return to you by fully tracked Evri delivery to the address you have given us. Return postage is included in your price, and you will have tracking for the whole journey.
Every delivery is fully tracked either way. A signature simply means your pairs are handed to someone in person rather than left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
